1. Delivery Area
We currently ship orders exclusively within Ireland. Orders placed from outside of Ireland will not be processed.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after the payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery times within Ireland are estimated at 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, postal delays, or high seasonal demand.
4. Delivery Fees
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a certain amount, as clearly stated on our website.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details (if available), allowing you to follow your parcel’s progress.
6. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, absence at the time of delivery, or an unclaimed parcel, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping fees may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. Evidence (such as photos of the damaged packaging/product) may be required for investigation and resolution.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, extreme weather, natural disasters, or customs delays.
9. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We will not be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
