1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

Under Irish and EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly of your intention to return the product within this 14-day period.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging, including all accessories, tags, or seals

  • Not damaged or altered in any way

  • Returned within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or only partially refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Products made to order or customized

  • Items sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. cosmetics, underwear) once unsealed

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your item is faulty, damaged during delivery, or not as described, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Photo evidence may be required.

In these cases, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation and your preference.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or card account

  • Contact your bank or payment provider

  • If the issue persists, please contact us through the contact form on the website

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
